This guy's art continues to amaze me.

The Craft Guild of Dallas Fundraiser: Bust

I stopped by the Craft Guild of Dallas for their fundraiser in hopes of picking up a new coffee mug. The place was a zoo - too many people and so disorganized. I tried to buy that mug but - after standing in line for 20 minutes - they wanted to just write me a ticket to take to another line that was twice as long.

B.S.

Bruce Schiefelbein's work on paper. This piece has been stuck in my head for months now. This is somewhat different than Bruce's other work. I hope to post some of his paintings soon. I hope he doesn't mind.

Ron Hoover

"Everything's Included, part XXXIII - Texas Colonial Homes, Brunswick Lake", 2004.

This watercolor is by the great Houston, Texas artist Ron Hoover. The content of Ron's work comes directly from his personal experiences, alternative newspapers, and public radio programs. His paintings deal with the human figure - an interest and concern about the human condition.
